Bayonetta 3 Emulator 2025 May 2026

Platform Tested: PC (Ryzen 7 7800X3D, RTX 4070, 32GB RAM) Emulators: Ryujinx (Greemdev fork), Suyu (late 2024 build), Citron (early 2025) Game Version: 1.2.0 + All DLC (Viola’s alternate costume, Bayonetta 1–2 skins) The Short Verdict In 2025, Bayonetta 3 is fully playable from start to finish on high-end PCs. Gone are the 2022–2023 crashes, texture corruption, and single-digit FPS drops. However, the experience still requires some tinkering. If you own a Switch OLED, that remains the most stable (but visually inferior) option. If you want 4K/60fps with zero blur, emulation is now the superior choice— provided you have the hardware . Performance & Stability | Aspect | 2023 (Early Emulation) | 2025 (Current State) | |--------|------------------------|------------------------| | Average FPS | 20–45 (erratic) | 55–60 (locked on good CPU) | | Crashes | Every 30–60 min | Rare (once per 5–6 hours) | | Shader stutter | Severe | Minor (async + pre-cache) | | Audio crackling | Common | Fixed (Ryujinx) |
