Block Number: Samsung

Blocking a number on a Samsung phone (Galaxy series running One UI) prevents that specific phone number from calling you or sending SMS/MMS. The blocked caller hears either a busy signal, a message that the number is unavailable, or just a one-ring then voicemail (depending on carrier). Blocked texts are silently filtered into a “Blocked messages” folder.
