Here’s a short, original story script for an Everybody Up 3 -style flipbook. It uses vocabulary and grammar typical of that level (present continuous, places, activities, feelings, simple future). You can illustrate each frame on separate pages and flip them for animation. The Surprise Picnic

Mom, Dad, Lily, Max (and a small dog, Coco) Page 1 Illustration: Lily looking sad in the kitchen. Rain outside the window. Text: Lily: "It’s raining. I’m bored." Mom: "Let’s make a surprise for Dad." Page 2 Illustration: Lily and Mom making sandwiches. Max is drawing. Text: Lily: "I’m making a sandwich." Max: "I’m drawing a picture." Page 3 Illustration: Dad sleeping on the sofa. Coco is sleeping, too. Text: Max: "Shh! Dad is sleeping." Lily: "Let’s pack the basket." Page 4 Illustration: The rain stops. Sun is coming out. Text: Mom: "Look! The rain is stopping." Lily: "Yay! Let’s go outside!" Page 5 Illustration: Family sitting on a blanket in the park. Eating and laughing. Text: Dad: "Wow! A surprise picnic!" Lily: "I’m happy."
