If you see a jumper cap over two pins, move it to the adjacent two pins for 10 seconds, then move it back. Step 4 (Button method): Press and hold the small button for 15–30 seconds using a non-conductive tool (plastic spudger).

You will need a Security Code (usually a QR code or a string of text displayed on your monitor connected to the NVR).
