Hipster kickball is not an official sport. It’s a recreational, co-ed, beer-in-hand version of traditional kickball, played primarily by adults in their 20s and 30s in urban neighborhoods. The “hipster” label comes from its aesthetic, rules, and overall vibe: vintage uniforms, non-competitive attitudes, craft beer sponsorship, and post-game socializing at a local dive bar or barcade.
