“Not exactly,” Lena said. “Outlook doesn’t put blocked emails in a visible folder. It sends them straight to the trash—or deletes them forever. But first, you need to find who you’ve blocked.”
“It’s like the email vanished,” he muttered.
“That’s the catch,” Lena explained. “Outlook respects your block list first. Those emails never had a chance to arrive. You have to unblock first, then ask the sender to resend.” Marcus clicked the trash can icon next to the mistaken address and hit Save . Then he turned to Lena. “How do I make sure I don’t lose important emails again?”
When Marcus missed his boss’s urgent email about the client presentation, he knew something was wrong. He checked his Focused Inbox, his Junk folder, and even the “Other” tab. Nothing.
Marcus opened his folder. He sorted by date and found three unread messages from the past week, including the urgent presentation notes.
