Chances are, you’ve accidentally blocked the sender, or a filter is automatically deleting their messages.
Here’s the catch: When you block someone, their emails go straight to Spam. But if you also created a filter that says “Delete it,” those emails vanish entirely.
We’ve all been there. You’re waiting for an important receipt, a password reset, or a reply from a client—but the email never arrives. You check Spam, you check Trash, but nothing.
And if you want to stop missing important emails in the future, avoid creating “Delete it” filters for specific senders.
