You’ll see several tabs across the top of the settings page: General, Labels, Inbox, etc. Click on “Filters and Blocked Addresses.” This is where Gmail stores all your rules for sorting mail—and your blocked list. Because future you might actually need that receipt

But then, a few weeks or months later, you realize you’re missing important emails. Maybe that “annoying” sender was actually your child’s school, a vendor with an invoice, or a friend who changed email addresses.
In any Gmail tab (Inbox, Sent, Spam), look at the top right corner. You’ll see a gear icon. Click it. A dropdown menu will appear. At the top of that menu, click “See all settings.”
Find the email address you want to restore. Click the blue “Unblock” link directly to the right of their address. Gmail will ask you to confirm—click “Unblock” again in the pop-up window.
