Vichitra learns about Ravi’s existence and decides to use him as a scapegoat. He frames Ravi for his own crimes – theft, assault, and attempted murder. Ravi is arrested. Even Sapna and Ravi’s father begin to doubt him because the evidence is strong.
Ravi escapes from police custody to prove his innocence. He hunts down Vichitra. In a dramatic climax, the look-alikes confront each other. With the help of Inspector Khanna (who eventually believes Ravi), they trap and kill Vichitra. Ravi is cleared, and he reunites with Sapna. jane anjane 1971
