Activation Code: Plex Earth

Has anyone heard of a service called "Plex Earth"? I saw someone mention an activation code for it, but I can't find any official info. Is this a real Plex-related product, or is it something else? I want to make sure I'm not falling for a scam. Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!
