Unlike official games where the parents are returned to your party, in PokéMMO, the two parents vanish to produce one egg. That egg contains one Pokémon, and the parents are gone forever.
You need a pool of male and female Pokémon in the same Egg Group (e.g., Dragon/Monster for Gible). Catch Pokémon with at least one perfect 31 IV. Use the DexNav or grind in Safari Zones/endgame areas.
