1. Introduction The RRHH Portal UBA (Human Resources Portal of the University of Buenos Aires) is the centralized digital platform designed to manage and streamline administrative, labor, and payroll procedures for all non-teaching and teaching staff within the university. As one of the largest and most prestigious higher education institutions in Latin America, the UBA employs tens of thousands of administrative and academic personnel across its 13 faculties, secondary schools (CBC and Escuelas Medias), and the Rector’s office. The RRHH Portal serves as the essential tool to modernize, digitize, and simplify the relationship between employees and the university’s Human Resources Department. 2. Purpose and Objectives The primary purpose of the RRHH Portal is to decentralize and dematerialize human resources processes. Before its implementation, many procedures required in-person visits to the central HR offices at Viamonte Street or at each faculty, generating long queues, paperwork delays, and inefficiencies.
