Seagate no longer includes the software on the drive itself. When I plugged it in, nothing auto-installed. The support site lists multiple versions (Seagate Dashboard, Toolkit, Paragon drivers for Mac), and it’s not immediately clear which one works with the Backup Plus line. I accidentally downloaded the wrong utility first, which didn’t recognize my drive.
