This paper examines the thematic influence of Rhonda Byrne’s 2006 self-help book and film The Secret on contemporary Hindi cinema. While the concept of karma and divine will has long dominated Indian storytelling, the post-liberalization era has seen a distinct shift toward the Westernized, individualistic philosophy of the "Law of Attraction" (LoA).
