Unlike earlier Wrong Turn entries (which were mostly survival horror), Last Resort leans into and dark family drama . The violence is graphic, sexual, and often cruel — including a notorious, controversial scene involving torture in a hotel room. Wrong Turn 6: Last Resort (2014)
Danny, a young man who has just learned he has inherited a mysterious, isolated resort in the Appalachian Mountains, travels there with his girlfriend, Toni, and a group of friends. They expect a weekend of luxury and relaxation.
