Young Sheldon S01e11 Hevc May 2026

Mary is heartbroken and fears Sheldon will go to hell. She asks George Sr. to talk to him. George Sr., who rarely goes to church, agrees to teach the Sunday school class as a one-time favor. His method is unconventional: he tells the kids the real, gritty version of Bible stories (including the demon-pigs story) and admits he doesn't have all the answers either. He says faith isn't about logic — it's about "what you feel in your gut."

Sheldon is unsatisfied. He demands proof. George Sr. then gives a simple, honest answer: "I don't know if God exists. But your mother believes, and it makes her happy. Sometimes you do things for people you love."

The kids become terrified of Brett. Later, Missy feels guilty when she sees Brett sitting alone, crying. She confesses to Mary, who makes her apologize. Brett forgives her, and Missy learns that manipulating people isn't a game. Back home, Sheldon is in his room, staring at a list of prime numbers. He whispers to himself: "If there's no God, who made the primes?" He doesn't find an answer, but for the first time, he seems comfortable with the mystery.
